Stagiare au sein du Département RH

Nous cherchons un stagiare au sein du département RH au sein de l’usine de Tanger.

-Formation : Technicien Spécialisée en gestion des entreprises
-Bonne maîtrise de la langue française

Stagiaire au Sein du Département Qualité

Magneti Marelli est à la recherche d’un stagiaire au sein du département qualité au sein de l’usine de Tanger .

-Formation : Bac + 5 en génie industriel
-Bonne maîtrise de la langue française et anglaise

Tooling Technician

Magneti Marelli is looking for a Tooling Technician within Tangier Plant in Morocco. The candidate will report directly to the Maintenance Manager, and will be in charge of the following activities

-Conduct test runs with completed tools or moulds to ensure that parts meet specifications; make adjustments as necessary.
-Cut, shape, and trim blanks or blocks to specified lengths or shapes, using power saws, power shears, rules, and hand tools.
-File, grind, shim, and adjust different parts to properly fit them together.
-Fit and assemble parts to make, repair, or modify dies, jigs, gauges, and tools, using machine tools and hand tools.
-Inspect finished moulds for smoothness, contour conformity, and defects.
Lift, position, and secure machined parts on surface plates or worktables, using hoists, vises, v-blocks, or angle plates.

-Has the ability to stop the production in case of detection of quality defect

-Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac +2 et vous justifiez d’une expérience entre 2 et 5 ans dans le même poste en industrie automobile

Process Technologist

Magneti Marelli is looking for a PROCESS TECHNOLOGIST
within Tangier Plant in Morocco. The candidate will report directly to the Manufacturing Manager, and will be in charge of the following activities:

-Support Production and Maintenance till the rump up of the new equipment/process.

-Identify the demands of technological improvement elaborating the industrialization of the specific equipment.

-Support Maintenance, also basing on suppliers’ reports, about the critical spare parts for the preservation of machineries’ efficiency.

-Require and coordinate the extraordinary interventions by the suppliers and / or maintenance people, internal tooling people in case of equipment’s accidental breaks.

-Verify and guarantee the safety level for the equipment by promptly highlighting, to the safety manager, the non–conformities both technical and managerial.

-Knowledge of Product and Processes
-Identify the optimal parameters of the various moulding processes.

Production Supervisor

Magneti Marelli is looking for a Production Supervisor within Tangier Plant in Morocco. The candidate will report directly to the Production Manager, and will be in charge of the following activities:

-Ability to manage the absenteeism and to guarantee the required production level;
-Knowledge and application of the continuous improvement tools and stimulating the purposefulness and motivation;
-Knowledge of Product and Processes:
-Knowledge of all phases of production line and tools used in the processes;
-Advanced knowledge of cycles and methods;
-Preparation of reworking plans.
-Knowledge of the criteria and types of rework activity;
-Knowledge and ability of application of all quality control instruments required by the production cycle;
-Preparation of the action plan based on the activity and responsibility timeline.
-Knowledge and application of ISO safety norms and safety policies;
-Knowledge and implementation of safety equipment and training the team members on this subject;
-Knowledge and application of prevention diary, including the safety related information;
-Notification and dissemination of information on unsafe acts and conditions;
-Conducting of safety audits in a systematic way.
